These Official Rules for the 9 Dart Challenge Promotion (“Rules”) govern your participation in the 9 Dart Challenge Promotion (the “Promotion”) conducted by Nodor International, Ltd., through its US distributor Nodor International, Inc., including its affiliated brands Winmau and Red Dragon (collectively, “Nodor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether held in person, online, or through third-party platforms, conducted in Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States at 840 Armed Forces Drive, Green Bay, WI 54304 (the “Event Location”).

By entering the Promotion, you (“you” or “entrant”) unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Rules and the decisions of Nodor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Gameplay: At the Event Location, each participant will be given nine (9) darts to throw at a regulation dartboard at regulation distance. Once the participant is provided the darts and approaches the dart throw line to begin the challenge, the participant will have a total of [#] minutes to throw all the darts at the dartboard. Using standard scoring, the challenge is to scores many points as possible with the darts in the allotted time.

2. How to Enter

· Eligibility: You must be 18 years old and a resident of Wisconsin to enter the Promotion.

· Registration. The Promotion is occurring over the course of three (3) days in Green Bay, Wisconsin beginning on May 16th, 2025 and ending on May 18th, 2025 at the Event Location. You may register to enter the Promotion online via events.winmau.com. A QR code for the Promotion is also available on posters and banners at the Event Location that you may scan on your personal mobile device that will redirect you to the registration link set forth above.

· No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the Promotion. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

· One entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person or attempts to circumvent entry limits (e.g., by using aliases or fraudulent methods) are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Nodor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

· Estimated participants: Nodor estimates that approximately 200–300 participants per day may participate in the Promotion; however, the actual amount of participants may be more or less than this amount.

3. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

· Prize: One prize will be awarded to the highest scorer at the end of the event each day.

· Prize value: Estimated between $70–$200, but may vary daily. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except at Nodor’s sole and absolute discretion. Nodor reserves the right to

substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including unavailability.

· Prize delivery: Prizes will be shipped free of charge within the continental U.S.

· Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges in connection with the acceptance or use of any prize.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

· Daily Winner: As the Promotion occurs over three (3) days at the Event location, there will be one (1) daily winner of the Promotion for a total of three (3) winners of the Promotion. The participant that scores the most points that day within their allotted time for their entry wins the Promotion for that day.

· Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 5 business days of end of event via email from Nodor International, Inc. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

· As a condition of receiving a prize, winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and, where lawful, Publicity Release.

5. Publicity and Intellectual Property Rights

Except where prohibited by law, participation in a Promotion constitutes consent to Nodor’s and its designees’ use of your name, likeness, city and state of residence, voice, photo, and entry content for any promotional, advertising, and public relations purposes (“Promotional Purposes”) in any media, now known or hereafter created, worldwide, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

By submitting any content (e.g., photos, videos, written submissions), you grant Nodor a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display such content for any Promotional Purposes.

6. Code of Conduct and Disqualification

Participants shall conduct themselves in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner throughout the course of the Promotion. Nodor reserves the sole right to interpret or amend any Promotion rules or eligibility requirements without notice, and disqualify any participant suspected of or actually violating or attempting to violate or circumvent the rules of the Promotion. For example, Nodor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

· Tampers with the entry process or any other aspect of Promotion.

· Engages in disruptive, dishonest, or inappropriate behavior.

· Violates these Rules or applicable law.

· Undermines the legitimate operation or integrity of the Promotion.

Disqualification decisions are final and made at the sole and absolute discretion of Nodor.

7. Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Nodor International Ltd., Nodor International, Inc., Winmau, Red Dragon, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liability, loss, damages, injuries, or costs of any kind arising from or related to:

· Your participation in the Promotion;

· The acceptance, delivery of, possession, use, or misuse of any prize;

· Any errors, delays, or failures in the Promotion’s administration;

· Any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries or the operation of the Promotion.

Nodor assumes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries or communications.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with Promotions will be processed in accordance with Nodor’s U.S. Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.reddragondarts.com/pages/privacy-policy

We may collect your name, contact details (including but not limited to email address), state of residence, demographic information and dart preference (soft tip or steel tip). This data may be used to administer the Promotion, contact winners, and for internal marketing purposes.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Rules and all Promotions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin and the United States of America, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to these Promotions or Rules shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Brown

County, Wisconsin, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs.

10. Force Majeure

Nodor shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to conduct the Promotion or award prizes due to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, governmental orders, or any other event beyond its reasonable control.
